Worldwide Services has joined branche association NLConnect
With over 730,000 additional homes passed, the fiber industry more than broke its old record from 2013, when some 530,000 new connections were made in a single year. The new record is due to large-scale construction by larger parties such as KPN, DELTA Fiber, Primevest, Open Dutch Fiber, Glaspoort and E-Fiber, but smaller parties such as SKV, Glasvezel Helmond and GlasDraad also contributed. NLConnect is the trade association for the Dutch broadband market and is at the forefront of stimulating innovations such as the fiber industry. An inspiring company that Worldwide Services would like to work with. We are therefore delighted to announce our collaboration.
Worldwide Services has joined NLConnect as part of the Dutch broadband market. NLConnect is a Dutch trade association and already has many collaborations and partners who are affiliated with this organization. Worldwide Services sees NLConnect as a valuable partner to work with because of its knowledge of the industry and its affiliated organizations which all contribute an important piece of knowledge.
NLConnect represents a chain of companies that construct and operate broadband networks. NLConnect wants to promote innovation, focus on underline collaborations and knowledge exchange in the sector. They believe it is important that every Dutch person and company should have access to future-proof broadband, and fiber plays a central role in this.
If we want to actively contribute to the Dutch market, we need a large network of enthusiastic companies with extensive knowledge of ICT and the Dutch broadband market. Joining trade organizations like NLConnect is therefore an important decision, enabling us to contribute to Dutch growth within the broadband market. Thanks to this collaboration, we can join forces with more Dutch parties and together provide quality and reliable services.
“NLConnect is a leading industry association with many well-known companies in its network. We are happy to join them and look forward to an innovative and enthusiastic collaboration between all parties.”- Marald van den Berg, Worldwide Services
You might know NLConnect from a project called ‘the zip code checker’ in which consumers can check whether their house is already equipped with Gigabit connection. With projects like this, NLConnect shows that they put growth within the Dutch broadband market first.
“We are pleased to welcome Worldwide Services to NLConnect. Worldwide Services is at the forefront in America with quality ICT services that they also want to roll out in the Netherlands. We clearly see the importance of joining these qualitative forces.” Gerlas van den Hoven – NLConnect
